Geoff’s project management and facilitation skills have evolved from his education, training and communication
background. Geoff has acquired extensive commercial experience working with enterprises in the public, not-for-profit
and private sectors.

He began his working life as a teacher and then refocused his career to that of adult learning in training and training management with National Mutual [AXA] and then general management roles in both the Marketing and Superannuation business lines.

Towards the end of 1989 he established his current consulting business, expanding his target market to include not only Education & Finance, but also the Wine industry, focusing on the development of marketing strategies and distribution for clients. During this period he established a wine distribution business in Western Australia and then in Victoria.

With the ever-changing environment of the business sector, Geoff has continued to focus on planning and has developed an online planning process, for the PLAN iT client base. This has involved project planning, project managing and facilitating the development and implementation of a variety of project, functional and ‘whole of business’ plans for clients and simultaneously developing the skill base of managers and staff.

His interest and commitment for the “sustainable bottom line” has developed since moving to Jan Juc (in the late 90’s) and joining the local coast care group. Subsequently, he has developed & continues to develop ways of helping business consider the economic, social and environmental imperatives during their planning processes
