Established in 1989, PLAN iT™ offers planning assistance to small, medium and large businesses across a wide range of industries including wine, financial services, tourism & hospitality, independent supermarkets, not-for-profit organisations and government.

PLAN iT™ has been the planning system used by Geoff Morgan since 1989 to help clients grow and develop their businesses. Recently, the PLAN iT framework and process has evolved from templates into an online planning tool allowing the flexibility of access anywhere, anytime, worldwide.

PLAN iT™  continues to offer owners, managers and staff the opportunity to describe their business, outline how it operates and detail what they want to achieve for themselves and the business, now and in the future.

PLAN iT™ also offers clients a total business consulting solution including facilitating the development of Project plans, Functional plans and “Whole of Business” plans as well as coaching and key staff training.
